New Schedule 8 April 2024

Dear Dancers,

We are introducing a new schedule with a number of updates starting from Monday 8 April 2024.

Significantly the changes you might want to look out for are on Tuesdays and Sundays.

On Tuesday in Central, Miss Barbie’s Pre-Inter class has an additional 15 min. At Miss Barbie’s request, this class has been lengthened so that she can have more time to help each and every member in the class achieve their daily goals.

Additionally on Tuesday, Miss Angel will conduct a new strengthening and stretching specialist class from 18:30. This class is a great complimentary session that can be taken either in line with the following Beginners 2 class, or separately to let the muscles learn the new exercises and understand the important aspects of posture that are trained in this session.

Sunday in TST is having a major facelift. To help alleviate some of the pressure of overflow in Central, TST will now also have an Inter 1 class with Miss Barbie. This 90 min class will be just as challenging as the class in Central, so take a step away from the crowd and find a comfortable position in the TST studio for your Sunday workout.
